Rental Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the rental of equipment from 360 KRAADI OÜ.
- All rental equipment remains the property of 360 KRAADI OÜ. It may not be subleased, sold, rented to third parties, transferred, or otherwise disposed of without the prior written consent of the owner.
- The renter may use the equipment only for its intended purpose.
- The renter agrees to use the equipment responsibly and with due care.
- The equipment must be returned by the date and time specified in the rental agreement. Late returns will incur a penalty equal to twice the daily rental fee for each overdue day.
- The rental company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately if the renter:
- provides false information,
- fails to pay the rental fee on time,
- does not take proper care of the equipment,
- uses the equipment in breach of these terms, or
- otherwise violates the rental agreement.
In such cases, the renter must return the equipment immediately.
- The renter must notify the rental company as soon as possible of any damage or malfunction. The renter is not permitted to repair, modify, or replace any parts of the equipment unless expressly authorized by the rental company.
- The renter is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period, including in the event of theft or loss. If the equipment is stolen, the renter must immediately notify both the police and 360 KRAADI OÜ.
- The rental company is entitled to recover the full cost of any damage caused to the equipment. If the equipment is destroyed, lost, or cannot be returned for any reason, the renter is responsible for paying both the rental fee and the full replacement value of the equipment.
- The renter confirms that they possess the necessary knowledge and skills to use the equipment safely and will use appropriate personal protective equipment where required.
- 360 KRAADI OÜ accepts no liability for any injury, accident, loss, or damage suffered by the renter or any third party arising from the use of the equipment. All risks associated with the use of the equipment are assumed by the renter, who is also responsible for compensating any damages caused to the rental company or third parties.
- The rental fee must be paid before the rental period begins, or no later than upon collection of the equipment. Where applicable, a security deposit is also required. The deposit will be refunded after the equipment has been returned and inspected. The rental company may deduct from the deposit:
- repair costs for damaged equipment, and/or
- late return penalties (twice the daily rental fee for each overdue day).
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 3 or more days before the rental start date are free of charge.
- If the booking is cancelled within 2 days of the rental start date, the rental fee is non-refundable.
