New Games Break the Ice at Conferences and Other Indoor Events
We’ve added new indoor team games to our selection, designed to get people interacting, boost energy levels and create an enjoyable shared experience.
All Stars is an entertaining team game created for festive occasions, where each challenge puts different skills to the test. Each table competes as one team, while giving every participant a chance to shine.
The 9–10 diverse challenges include fast-paced quiz questions, identifying films or music tracks, solving picture puzzles and testing logical thinking. There may also be creative photo and video challenges, along with a few unexpected surprises!
When completing the tasks, speed isn’t what matters – getting the right answers is the key. The game lasts approximately 60–90 minutes and is also a great fit for larger groups.
Available in both Estonian and English, the game is played comfortably at your own table, with all the necessary equipment provided by us. That means no one has to leave the party venue or go rushing around the building in their evening dress to take part in an adventure!

Short Conference Games Are Perfect for Breaking the Ice
360 KRAADI conference games are short, engaging team activities that can easily be incorporated into the programme of a conference, seminar or corporate event. Their purpose is to take participants out of their usual listener role for a moment, encourage interaction and bring more energy to the event.
Although all our new games are suitable for indoor team events, we have grouped the shorter ones under the name Conference Games, as they offer a quick and easy way to get conversations started and help people get to know each other.
Conference games help break down social barriers and create a relaxed atmosphere where participants feel comfortable meeting and talking to one another.
“In my opinion, the greatest value of these games is that they encourage natural interaction and are an excellent icebreaker, especially for those who might otherwise find it difficult to initiate a conversation themselves,” says Alfred Baskin, CEO of 360 KRAADI.
Where Do Conference Games Fit In?
- At the beginning of a conference – to help participants get to know each other.
- During a break or lunch break – to boost energy levels.
- In the middle of a seminar day – as a refreshing change from sitting and listening.
- At the end of a conference – to bring the day to a close with a shared activity.
- For international teams – to create shared experiences and encourage interaction.
What Is the Main Value of Conference Games?
- They take people out of their listener role
- Conferences often involve long periods of sitting, listening and absorbing information. A game gives participants the opportunity to get actively involved.
- They help people get to know each other
- This is particularly valuable at larger conferences and international events, where not everyone knows one another.
- They boost energy levels
- A short, engaging activity can work particularly well after a long series of presentations or before the next programme session.
- They make interaction feel more natural
- A game gives people a reason to start talking and makes it easier for even the more reserved participants to join in.
- They combine teamwork with entertainment
- Participants don’t feel like they’re taking part in a traditional training exercise. Instead, they get to take action, compete and have fun while also developing skills in collaboration, communication, strategy and problem-solving.
