Which team game to choose for autumn?
After the long-awaited summer, the familiar autumn has arrived – a bit rainy and gloomy, but bad weather doesn’t have to stop team activities!
With a little preparation, neither rain nor darkness will stand in the way of adventure. Let’s take a closer look at which team game to choose for autumn.
When planning an event, it’s important to let participants know that there will be outdoor activities, so they can dress appropriately for the weather or bring an extra set of outdoor clothes. And if someone forgets their waterproof jacket, we’ve got you covered – our rain ponchos are always on hand.
Are iPads waterproof?
In many of our autumn team games, iPads are part of the experience, which naturally raises the question: are they waterproof? A regular iPad isn’t, but we use various protective cases that make our tablets resistant to both rain and drops – perfect for outdoor use.
And for cold weather, we’ve got a solution for that too: a supply of touchscreen gloves to make sure everyone can play comfortably!
Which team game to choose for autumn when there’s a chance of rain?
Games that keep a steady, active pace work best – that way, no one has to stand around waiting, and staying in motion keeps everyone warm.
Among our team-building games, the most “rainproof” ones are:
Both can also be played after dark – we’ll provide LED headlamps for all participants.
Other great options for less-than-perfect weather include:
- Green Steps,
- 100 Mölki,
- and the fast-paced Battle Bingo.
For larger team exercises, Money Race and Treasure Hunt are perfect choices for autumn events.
The hardest part of any autumn game is simply stepping outside. But once you get started, an engaging and energetic team game will make you forget about the rain entirely. 🙂
Rain doesn’t stop the adventure!
Can you train teamwork in the dark?
The clocks are turned back on the last Sunday of October, and after that, team-building activities that follow seminars often take place after dark. But that doesn’t mean the fun has to stop — many games work perfectly well in the dark!
Not all activities are suitable for nighttime, but smart games that use GPS navigation instead of compasses work great after sunset — and the darkness adds an extra layer of excitement. We provide LED headlamps and, if needed, reflective vests for all participants.
In Glehn Castle Park in Tallinn, the Mystical world of Sounds game becomes especially magical in the dark, surrounded by mysterious sounds.
Even Disc Golf gets a special twist at night! We can set up a mobile illuminated course at your event location, and play with glow-in-the-dark discs.
What if the weather gets really bad?
If the weather turns truly nasty, you can always move your team activity indoors.
