Canoeing on the Keila river

This trip takes our voyager canoes on the Keila river.

The Keila river is just 15 minutes drive from Tallinn. It’s a great river to paddle and get out of the city. We paddle down the stream, looking at the trees eaten by beavers, listening to bird songs and passing cows eating on the meadow.

Voyager canoe is a team canoe and can take 10 people on board. The Keila river gives us a great opportunity to try some of the team building exercises. Short canoe trip and suitable river gives us perfect combination of well spent time.

Voyager canoe is stable and safe.

Also we have traditional 2-3 seated canoes.

Our trip ends next to Keila-Joa bridge. By that time we have had paddled 14 km downstream. The whole tour takes ca 3-4 hours.
Trip starts in Keila and ends in Keila-Joa. At the beginning of the tour we take your cars to the ending point in Keila- Joa.

Level

Easy. Suitable for beginners. No previous canoeing experience needed.

Duration

Longer distance – about 3,5 hours, distance is 14 km; short distance – about 2-2,5 hours, about 8 km.

Canoe, paddles, drybags and vests (PFD)

Price

Tour price with the guide is 39€+VAT.

Minimal group size is 12 participants.

Guide will talk about wildlife and gives you basic knowledgement about paddling.
